Shipping policy

SHIPPING
We ship free of charge within Belgium and the Netherlands from €100. Shipping abroad is free from €125. 

For orders under €100, a shipping fee of €4.95 applies in Belgium and €6.95 in the Netherlands. Shipping costs outside Belgium and the Netherlands depend on the country of destination.

All items offered in our webshop are in stock, so they can be delivered quickly. We ship your purchase as soon as possible. Please allow a maximum delivery time of 3 working days. 

RETURNS
You can always return goods within 14 days of receipt. Please register your return first using the contact form. Let us know which item you would like to return and include your order number. We will email you a return label. As soon as we have received the goods, we will refund the purchase price minus the return costs (€4.95).

You can also return items free of charge in our store at Ring Shopping in Kortrijk (Ringlaan 34). The amount will be refunded once the return has been confirmed.
